My Story
I’m Cynthia Castillo, a CRM expert and marketing strategist dedicated to helping real estate professionals achieve sustainable success through innovative solutions. As the founder and CEO of Mango Business Consulting, I’ve had the privilege of transforming how agents engage with clients, using CRM systems to drive revenue growth and streamline operations.

Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about sharing knowledge and strategies that make a real difference. In July 2024, I led the “Overcome Low Inventory” virtual seminar with guest speaker Christoff Malzl, where we shared actionable insights that helped an agent secure nine listings in just 40 days. In August 2024, I hosted “Finally Get the Power of CRM,” where I introduced the MBC Method, a proven system that has generated over $500,000 in commissions within the real estate industry.

I also contribute actively to the “CRM Mastery for Real Estate” community on Skool, where I have guides and resources that help real estate agents do more with their CRMs as a self-lead course. Seeing agents finally get some time back in their day, feel the relief of getting organized, and feel productive through knowing their system is working for them is what drives me.

At Mango Business Consulting, I focus on providing tailored CRM training, strategic consulting, and implementation services that empower agents to succeed in today’s competitive market in a customized way. Helping clients turn potential into performance is more than my job—it’s my passion.

Where did I get the knowledge and know-how to create MBC? I started as the daughter of a top producer, tagging along with my mom where we went to showings, schlepped open house signs, and sat through negotiations for hours at the office. I saw first hand what it takes to succeed in tough real estate times.
​
After graduating from California Lutheran University with a Bachelor's Degree in English and another in Spanish, my experience with marketing, event planning, and writing for the Writing Center and English Department set me up for success in my next role.
​
I worked for 2 lending companies where I was an assistant manager, doing everything from payroll to onboarding, training agents and lenders in CRM systems and managing all outgoing marketing for both companies. It is here where I saw the true power of CRM, generating $500k in less than a year from our marketing efforts.

I knew there was a need for real estate agents to get the help they desearve to make a smooth sailing business, and MBC was born! I am thankful every day that my background has allowed me to support real estate agents in this capacity, and I can't wait to see what we do next.
